Service Description

Phase 1: Orientation & Rally-Up (20–30 Minutes) • Players prepare for the battle with orientation on rules, tagger use, and headset instructions. • The extended time allows for late arrivals and ensures all players understand the game. • Note: A maximum of 12 taggers will run at a time. If there are more than 12 players, players will rotate, and game times will be adjusted to 8 minutes per round to ensure everyone participates. Phase 2: First Battle (50 Minutes) • Players engage in the first round of exciting missions. • Teams rotate if the group exceeds 12 players, with shorter 8-minute games for larger groups. Phase 3: Celebration Break (30 Minutes) • A dedicated time for food, drinks, and cake. • Players rest, socialize, and recharge for the final push. • Rotations ensure all players can rest between rounds if the group exceeds 12. Phase 4: Final Push (50 Minutes) • Players return to the battlefield for another intense set of missions. • Game durations are adjusted to 8 minutes per round if there are more than 12 players. Phase 5: Wrap-Up (20 Minutes) • Players and hosts clean up the party room while enjoying any final snacks. • Staff ensures the space is cleared and helps with any last-minute needs. No minimum or maximum number of participants required for party or group rental reservations. • Groups larger than 12 participants will play in 8-minute rounds and swap out accordingly. • Insurance Opt-In Option: - Customers can opt-in for Marco’s Laser Tag Insurance for $30 when booking parties, group rentals, or mobile events. - If customers do not opt in, they will be responsible for paying $100 per scope that is cracked or damaged.
