3-Hour Birthday Party Package Covers Up to 10 Players (charged on booking day)
Service Description
Birthday Parties at Marco’s Laser Tag includes 10 players. Additional players over 10 are $15 per player and are collected at the venue on the day of the event. Your party experience includes: • Orientation & setup • Multiple laser tag battles and missions • Dedicated celebration/snack time • Access to the party area during your booking • Final action-packed games before wrap-up Hosts are welcome to bring cake, pizza, snacks, and drinks for the celebration portion of the event. Optional Insurance Coverage: Marco’s Laser Tag Insurance can be added for $30 for parties, group rentals, or mobile events. Without insurance coverage, damaged scopes or equipment may result in a $100 damage fee per scope.
Cancellation Policy
Marco’s Laser Tag – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy All Bookings (Parties & Group Rentals) • Non-Refundable Payments: All deposits and payments made for bookings are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. • Credit Toward Future Booking: If you cancel, the amount you’ve already paid will remain as a credit on your account. This credit can be applied toward a future party, group rental, or event at Marco’s Laser Tag. • Rescheduling Window: Credits must be used within 6 months of the original booking date. • One Free Reschedule: Each booking is entitled to one free reschedule. Additional changes may be subject to a $50 rebooking fee. • No-Shows: Failure to attend without notice results in a forfeiture of your credit. Weather / Emergencies • If Marco’s Laser Tag must close due to extreme weather, power outage, or other emergencies, your booking will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
