No Refund Policy 

All bookings, deposits, and payments made to Marco's Laser Tag are non-refundable.

Free Reschedule  ( Outside 48 Hours)

Guest may reschedule their booking one time at no charge if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time. 

Rescheduled bookings are subject to available dates and times.

Reschedule Within 48 Hours

If a reschedule request is made within 48 hours of the scheduled reservation, a $50 rescheduling fee will apply. 

This fee covers staffing, scheduling adjustments, and the reserved time slot. 

Late Notice or Same-Day Changes 

Request made very close to the reservation time may not always be ableto be accomodated.

Marco's Laser Tag will make resonable efforts to allow rescheduling when possible, but availability is not guaranteed. 

No-Shows 
Groups that do not arrive for their scheduled booking and do not provide notice will forfeit their reservation and payment. 

Agreement to Policy 

By completinga reservation with Marco's Laser Tag guest acknowledge and agree to the cancellation and rescheduling policies listed above.
