Earn XP Points, Level Up Your Game

1. Membership: MLT XP Rewards is free to join. Customers must have a registered loyalty account to earn and redeem XP.2. Earning XP: Members earn 5 XP for every $1 CAD spent on eligible purchases, excluding taxes, tips, gift cards, refunded purchases, and redeemed discounts.3. Redeeming XP: XP can be redeemed for eligible rewards once the required balance has been reached. Points are deducted when a reward is issued.4. Reward restrictions: Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred between accounts, or combined with other discounts unless expressly permitted.5. Booking availability: Free gameplay, shareable packs, and private bookings are subject to availability, capacity limits, and regular booking requirements.6. Private booking rewards: Rewards apply only to the specified booking value. Additional time, players, services, and applicable taxes remain payable.7. Refunds and cancellations: XP earned on refunded or cancelled transactions will be reversed. Redeemed rewards are subject to the applicable Marco’s Laser Tag booking and cancellation policy.8. Account integrity: Each customer may maintain one personal loyalty account. Fraudulent referrals, duplicate accounts, or misuse of rewards may result in account suspension.9. Point expiration: Earned purchase XP does not expire while the program operates. Promotional XP may have a clearly disclosed expiration date where permitted by law.10. Program changes: Marco’s Laser Tag may introduce future rewards, modify earning rates prospectively, or discontinue the program with appropriate notice, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Existing earned points will be handled in accordance with those laws.11. Existing loyalty members: Balances from a previous program will be reviewed and converted according to a separately published migration policy.
