*** Please indicate how many players will be attending using the drop down below *** *** If more than 15 players, additional $15 per player will be collected at the venue *** Phase 1: Orientation & Rally-Up (15–30 Minutes) • Players gather and prepare for the upcoming battle. • A staff member greets the party host to review a form, ensuring we provide the best possible experience. • While waiting for guests to arrive: • Staff members prepare the game field. • Players receive an orientation on the game, including: • Rules of play. • Instructions for using the taggers and headsets. Phase 2: First Battle (30–45 Minutes) • The action begins with the first set of games on the field. • Players engage in exciting missions designed to energize and build team momentum. Phase 3: Celebration Break (15–30 Minutes) • After the initial games, the group gathers to celebrate. • Time for cake, food, and beverages brought by the host. • This is a flexible phase where players can snack and rest in between rounds. Phase 4: Final Push (30–45 Minutes) • Players return to the battlefield for the final round of games. • Action-packed missions close out the gaming experience. • Snacking continues for those taking short breaks. Phase 5: Wrap-Up (Last 15 Minutes) • We request that guests begin tidying up the party room, ensuring it’s clear of food and debris. • A staff member checks the room and assists during the last 5 minutes to ensure everything is in order. Insurance Opt-In Option: - Customers can opt-in for Marco’s Laser Tag Insurance for $30 when booking parties, group rentals, or mobile events. - If customers do not opt in, they will be responsible for paying $100 per scope that is cracked or damaged.
