2.5 Hour Group Rental: 10 players included, $15 each for extras (charged on booking day)
Service Description
1. Orientation & Briefing (10–15 Minutes) • Similar preparation as above, ensuring players understand the rules and objectives. 2. Battle Time (2 Hours 15 Minutes) • Extended gameplay allows for multiple missions and complex strategies. • Note: For groups exceeding 12 players, rotations are used, with 8-minute rounds to maximize participation. Insurance Opt-In Option: - Customers can opt-in for Marco’s Laser Tag Insurance for $30 when booking parties, group rentals, or mobile events. - If customers do not opt in, they will be responsible for paying $100 per scope that is cracked or damaged.
Cancellation Policy
Marco’s Laser Tag – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy All Bookings (Parties & Group Rentals) • Non-Refundable Payments: All deposits and payments made for bookings are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. • Credit Toward Future Booking: If you cancel, the amount you’ve already paid will remain as a credit on your account. This credit can be applied toward a future party, group rental, or event at Marco’s Laser Tag. • Rescheduling Window: Credits must be used within 6 months of the original booking date. • One Free Reschedule: Each booking is entitled to one free reschedule. Additional changes may be subject to a $50 rebooking fee. • No-Shows: Failure to attend without notice results in a forfeiture of your credit. Weather / Emergencies • If Marco’s Laser Tag must close due to extreme weather, power outage, or other emergencies, your booking will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
