Service Description
1-Hour Group Rentals at Marco’s Laser Tag include a private gameplay experience with a short orientation, safety briefing, and 45–50 minutes of tactical laser tag gameplay. Please note: Group rentals are gameplay only and do not include food or party room setup. Optional Insurance Coverage:$30 insurance coverage can be added to protect against accidental equipment damage. Without insurance, damaged scopes may result in a $100 replacement fee per scope.
Cancellation Policy
Marco’s Laser Tag – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy All Bookings (Parties & Group Rentals) • Non-Refundable Payments: All deposits and payments made for bookings are non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. • Credit Toward Future Booking: If you cancel, the amount you’ve already paid will remain as a credit on your account. This credit can be applied toward a future party, group rental, or event at Marco’s Laser Tag. • Rescheduling Window: Credits must be used within 6 months of the original booking date. • One Free Reschedule: Each booking is entitled to one free reschedule. Additional changes may be subject to a $50 rebooking fee. • No-Shows: Failure to attend without notice results in a forfeiture of your credit. Weather / Emergencies • If Marco’s Laser Tag must close due to extreme weather, power outage, or other emergencies, your booking will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
